Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services of Almari(“Almari”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and any purchase you make. By using the Platform or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002, your acceptance by electronic means is legally valid and binding.
1. About us
The Platform is operated by [Owner / proprietor full name], trading as Almari — a sole-proprietor business based in Lahore, Pakistan (contact address: [Business / contact address], Lahore, Pakistan). Contact: support@almari.shop or WhatsApp +92 314 6145042.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is true and complete.
3. Your account
You may check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Products, pricing & availability
- All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- We try to display products, colours and descriptions accurately, but actual colours and details may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.
- Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or correct errors in price or description, even after an order is submitted.
- Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
5. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation message acknowledges that we received your order; a contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including unavailability, suspected fraud, delivery outside our serviceable areas, or failed Cash on Delivery verification.
6. Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently our primary payment method. A platform charge and, where applicable, a courier COD fee are shown at checkout before you confirm.
- When prepaid methods (such as EasyPaisa, JazzCash or debit/credit card) are enabled, they are processed by licensed payment service providers in line with the Payment Systems and Electronic Fund Transfers Act, 2007. We do not store your full card details.
- You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including delivery and any applicable taxes.
7. Delivery
- We deliver within our serviceable areas in Pakistan. If your city or area is outside our delivery zones, we will let you know at checkout and will be unable to accept the order.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather or events beyond our control.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your parcel on receipt.
8. Cancellation, returns, exchanges & refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. In addition to your rights under applicable provincial consumer protection law:
- You may request a return or exchange within [7] days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Certain items (for example, innerwear or items marked non-returnable) may be excluded for hygiene or other lawful reasons.
- If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within [48] hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; for COD orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or an agreed method after the returned item is received and checked.
To start a return, contact support@almari.shop with your order number.
9. Warranty
Where a product is offered with a warranty, the warranty covers manufacturing defects for the stated period on normal use and does not cover damage from misuse, accident or ordinary wear and tear. Any statutory rights you have under law are not affected.
10. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation (in Punjab, the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005). Customers may approach the relevant District Consumer Court in accordance with that law.

15. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
